My expertise is leading design and research for AI‑driven products, model‑behavior UX, and multimodal interaction design. Principal, Founder   |   Germania Street

  • Leading 0→1 design of AI systems and developer workflows for production-ready platforms across healthcare, enterprise + technology companies.
  • Translating models, data pipelines, and decision systems into intuitive experiences for technical and non-technical users.
  • Designed enterprise-scale ML and predictive AI platforms, including early (pre-LLM) systems for biological modeling and infrastructure monitoring.

Director of User Experience   |   ZS Associates

  • Developed clinical trial platform strategy integrating AI to streamline onboarding and sensor devices integration to expand patient reach and automate quality data generation. 
  • Established CSAT + CX metrics, usability testing, and tuning, improving end-user experience.
  • Built a design system and component toolkit to elevate implementation quality and speed.

Director of User Experience & Research   |   Otsuka Pharmaceutical

  • Reshaped the product vision for an ingestible-sensor-based medical device; delivered research-driven redesign, gained key government approval, Otsuka investment, customer and partner support. 
  • Aligned design strategy, scope, and timing across engineering, clinical, business, regulatory, and manufacturing leadership.
  • Implemented seminal human factors SOPs combining usability, trust principles, with therapeutic safety, precision, and reliability.

Head of Design   |   Bluescape

  • Created design vision, strategy for a virtual collaborative workspace; pioneered 4D navigation model and interaction patterns. 
  • Boosted adoption, retention by replacing “high frequency, high importance” user flows with usability-tested redesigns, foregoing specs, and delivering ready code to speed time to market.
  • Formed CX council to engage customers, influence roadmap—retaining key clients, Ford, MGM.
  • Built, mentored elite multi-disciplinary team, set foundational design principles, and created implementation tools to streamline development.

  • Designed CV/ML-powered diagnostic workflows for early disease detection. 
  • Formed product and engineering teams; defined product vision and roadmap.

Co-Founder  |   PatientCare

  • Designed a post-discharge AI monitoring system identifying high-risk patients and triggering caregiver intervention.
  • Developed adaptive workflows balancing automation with human oversight.

  • Designed AI-driven interaction models for multimodal and conversational systems, shaping model behavior, tone, and user-facing responses across enterprise deployments.  
  • Built evaluation frameworks, annotation pipelines, and human-in-the-loop workflows to align model outputs with safety, clarity, and user intent. 
  • Partnered with ML researchers and linguists to translate abstract personality and reasoning goals into behavioral specifications, UX patterns, and training data strategies. 
  • Led design for P&G Skin Advisor, a responsible-AI case study used by 5M+ consumers.

Director of Design   |   America Online

  • Established internal UX and research team; partnered with executive stakeholders across business units on strategic, global-scale services used for 100m+ users; worked directly with CEO.
  • Launched AOL’s global authentication and security platform, personalization services, AOL Mobile; co-author of Liberty Alliance Specifications for Federated Network Identification.

Senior User Interface Designer   |   Netscape

  • Design lead on key initiatives, including Netscape.com and Netscape Navigator. 
  • Developed navigation models,  wireframes, visual designs, prototypes, implementation specs.
  • Researched target markets and performed usability testing.
  • Collaborated with engineering, product management, marketing, and C-level executives.
